Responsible for providing technical support to all levels in the organization including C-Suite leaders. Deloittes workforce is extremely mobile requiring 24x7 technical support while working at Deloitte locations, client engagement sites and off-site meeting locations. Support includes deployment of endpoint computing hardware and software platforms, supporting the business with onboarding/offboarding activities, providing effective and accurate asset management and participation in enterprise-wide technology deployment projects that involve cross-collaboration within and outside of ITS. Responsible for growing and enhancing customer relationships to better understand how IT can help advance Deloitte in the marketplace.
Accountable for safeguarding applications and data residing on all endpoint devices by ensuring fleet is in full compliance with internal cyber security policies. This includes ensuring multi-factor authentication is deployed successfully to each user in the organization; mobile devices are enrolled in mobile device management tool; laptops are backed up on a regular cadence, fully encrypted and patched with the latest security updates and malware/virus protection.
Required Technical Skills:
.Advanced knowledge of cloud-based technologies i.e. Office 365 including Skype for Business, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Teams & Office applications. Advance knowledge of Windows (Mac -advantage) operating systems, virtual machine technologies, mobile device hardware, software and OS, networking, TCP/IP, video conferencing, Audio/Video, Unified Messaging, Active Directory administration.
Ability to deliver accurate and succinct written and verbal communications to customers at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of desktop security and compliance applications .
Advanced knowledge of remote desktop support tools.

The Client and Market Growth team will support and help drive the growth of Deloittes market share in the startup market. The team reports up to the Deloitte Catalyst Leader and will work closely with the Ecosystem (VCs, Startups, and Entrepreneurs) and with our various Deloitte Partners, service lines and teams.
The primary responsibility of the Client and Market growth team is to support the growth of Deloittes market share in the Startup Ecosystem by driving more revenue and more value to our clients. You will partner with our strategic partners and startups, to make sure they are successful with Deloittes different practices.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Deloittes position in the market by executing Deloittes strategy and driving value for our clients. The role requires the ability to work cross-function, alongside with senior executives in the firm and in the market.

Qualifications and Attributes:
