Pension operations consultant

We are looking for a pension operations consultant to work within the internal audit team in the Audit & Assurance division at the world's leading and largest consulting firm Deloitte.

Full time position. Hybrid work model.

The team provides service to the firm's clients in the worlds of pension operations with an emphasis on allocating adequate funds to the employee funds and correcting deficiencies that arise in this regard –

The team takes care of matching the funds starting from the stage of receiving the request from the customer / client's employee, through analyzing the data, understanding the needs arising from the request, understanding the required treatment and providing the required response until the closing of the request and proper matching of the funds.

The staff's handling of the issues relating to the funds requires a continuous interface with the insurance and pension companies and providing ongoing response and service to employees and customers.

The work is characterized by multiple work interfaces (customer / insurance company / pension funds / financial accountants), with an emphasis on providing professional service within short schedules.

The team currently works with clients from the public sector.

דרישות

– At least one year of experience/familiarity in the worlds of pension operations – mandatory

– Previous experience or familiarity with the worlds of payroll/payroll accounts – an advantage

– Familiarity with drainage systems – an advantage

– Ability to understand processes

– Self-learning ability

– Meeting deadlines and ability to work under pressure

– Human relations and service awareness at a high level
