Corporate Finance Consultant

Description

Deloitte, the world's largest and leading accounting and consulting firm, is looking for a consultant for the Investment Banking team in the financial consulting practice.

As part of the role:

• Providing services in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to clients in various sectors – accompanying companies in sales processes, capital raising and more.

• Writing business plans, performing valuations and preparing investor presentations as part of the process.

• Working as part of a professional team and opportunities for growth and development in the field.

• Hybrid work model (two days working from home).

Requirements

• CPA – Required

• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Consulting/Mergers and Acquisitions/Capital Raising/Valuation – Required

• High level English and Hebrew (reading, writing and conversation) – Required

• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency – Required

• Previous experience in writing business plans and preparing investor presentations – Advantage

• High analytical ability, high expressiveness, business understanding and high learning ability

• Willingness to work hard, ambition and curiosity
