Mobile Team Coordinator

Deloitte, the world's leading and largest consulting and accounting firm, is looking for a part-time mobile services Coordinator.
In this role you will be Working as part of Deloitte's cellular support team. The work includes providing solutions for the firm's employees in the cellular and mobile fields according to their eligibility.
The role includes:
- Connecting employees to a Deloitte business package, providing services and package support abroad, ordering cellular devices and more.
- Ongoing work with cellular companies
- Responding to calls in Service Now.
- Operation of reports and updating the ERP system according to the products provided to employees.

- Good interpersonal skills – a must
- Previous experience in service and/or telephone support – a must
- Proficiency in English – reading, writing, speaking well – a must
- Highly service-minded – a must
- Knowledge of Office software – a must
- Ability to work in a team
