Client Success Manager

Description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Client Success Manager to lead our Account Managers team and ensure the utmost satisfaction of our clients. This role involves managing the entire customer journey, implementing high service standards, managing the CRM system, and driving organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Management: Define service standards, ensure their implementation, and maintain customer satisfaction. Analyze customer satisfaction data and implement improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and train Account Managers. Set goals, track performance, and motivate the team to achieve results.
  • CRM : Implement and manage the CRM system (Salesforce), including defining business processes, building reports, and dashboards.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, such as implementing new processes and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization and participate in strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
  • At least one year of team management experience. Proven experience in process implementation, data analysis, and CRM management (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, leadership and influence abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management experience, technological orientation
