ServiceNow Team Leader
Description
The Future Of Work Digital Workplace team at Deloitte is looking for a ServiceNow Team Leader to work on global and challenging projects in a dynamic environment.
What you will do:
- Implementation team management
- Accompaniment and partnership in technological projects based on a broad ServiceNow system from the characterization phase
- Characterization of customer needs and construction of technological solutions (development or system configuration settings) based on the ServiceNow system
- Accompanying the process of implementing the system installation and adjusting the required modules
- Providing service and technical support to managers and employees in the organization on the information system
- Support for local and global projects, while working in a close interface with internal and external organizational interfaces.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of ServiceNow (implementation or development)- Must
- Management experience – Must
- Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field- Advantage
- High level of English- both verbal and written
- Analytical thinking and the ability to learn independently
- High interpersonal communication and work capabilities with many interfaces in the organization
