Senior Billing & Collection Specialist

Deloitte – The world's leading and largest firm for consulting and accounting services is seeking a Senior Billing & Collection Specialist.

• Guidance and ongoing support for the team members in the accounts and collection team.
• Initiation and management of cross-functional projects.
• Issuance of fee invoices in Hebrew and English to the firm's clients (200-250 invoices per month).
• Monitoring and reconciling account data with the financial system.
• Tracking issued invoices and providing regular reports to relevant parties.
• Ongoing collection from the firm's clients, responding to client inquiries about invoices, handling complex cases, and problem-solving.
• Managing work routines with numerous work interfaces – working with a large number of partners and managers in the firm and various units in the finance department.
• Conducting regular meetings with management teams, presenting exceptions, driving action, and problem-solving.

• Previous experience in a similar role – a significant advantage.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including the ability to conduct meetings.
• Previous experience in implementation and process management – an advantage.
• Proficiency in Office programs, particularly Excel (data processing and analysis capabilities).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces and coordinate between different parties.
• Service-oriented, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
