Junior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team!

As an Account Manager (AM) you will support the Account Lead Partner by driving the account management activities related to the business development and account's go-to market plan.

The AM is expected to take a role in the development and execution of the account strategy & support the pursuit of new opportunities.

All of which will require working with the functional teams in the firm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Lead Partner to develop broad and deep client relationships.
  • Working within the allocated account to achieve the account goals, targets and sales/pipeline.
  • Driving the development of the account plan and strategy and drive its execution.
  • To plan and execute an added value activities for the account and decisions makers.
  • Monitor account progress and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant field
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with senior executives
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • People Driven- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • High project management skills
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Self-managed, independent and organized, with prioritization skills
  • Track record of business development- Benefit
  • Experience in a facing client role (consulting)- Benefit
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
