SuccessFactors Specialist
Description
Deloitte is looking for a SuccessFactors Specialist with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate leadership and technical skills in order to optimize the output and success of our various projects. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients through a transformative HR journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules for diverse clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SuccessFactors solutions
- Guide project teams in the successful execution of implementation plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SuccessFactors solutions prior to deployment
- Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on SuccessFactors best practices and functionalities
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
- At least one leading role within larger projects, driving teams to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
- Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations
- Investigate and support HR issues, including organization design, HR implications of business transformation, and HR function effectiveness in Employee Central and EC Payroll with their integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors – Advantage
