Junior Consultants for ESG practice

The ESG consulting practice at Deloitte Israel is looking for a Junior consultant, to integrate into projects in the field of risk management and regulation in the ESG worlds.
The practice specializes in providing consulting services to the leading organizations in the economy to integrate environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues into business and operational models, including the preparation of strategy and policy plans; management of risk surveys; Preparation for regulation and preparation of reports. The work includes innovative and complex projects in collaboration with managements and boards of first class private, public and governmental companies in Israel and around the world.
The role consists of:
- Integration in the general consulting activity of the practice, including the management and execution of complex projects that include work with the client and with multiple interfaces in a global environment, in the content worlds of climate, compliance and SOX: will include the elements of the project, monitoring performance progress, dividing tasks between team members, monitoring Delivery of products to the customer and the like.
- Conducting research and market surveys, mapping companies, regulatory analyzes and more
- Working full-time in a hybrid model of working from home and from the company's offices in Tel Aviv.

- Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution – mandatory; A degree in relevant fields such as law, management, industrial engineering and management, accounting and economics – an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or similar fields – mandatory
- English mother tongue – mandatory
- Hebrew – conversational level – mandatory
- Affinity to the worlds of ESG, environment or climate – an advantage.
- Background in accounting/SOX – an advantage
- Legal background in corporate law (corporate attorney) – an advantage
- Background in content writing – an advantage
- Willingness to work in flexible hours and overtime if necessary: part of the work may be done in front of clients or the firm's international employees during their working hours – mandatory.
